Lazy Susan Goes Farmhouse Chic

Large Round Bread Board |Charcuterie Board

I purchased this old unloved butcher block lazy susan at our annual community yard sale from a neighbor. I thought it would be a great piece for the shop. Just needed some love.
The first thing I did was to pop off the spinner. It was attached with a little silicone in a few spots so it didn't damage the wood getting it off.
Then I cleaned it with a food safe cleaner, sanded both sides and oiled it with butcher block finish.

Believe it or not at one time the lazy susan was a must have for families all over America. Handcrafted and
American Made

Anyway it never made it to the shop. It now resides proudly in my kitchen...
